The Pinnacle Awards are awarded by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina for outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of quality homes. Awards are presented in 12 categories by market price, including the lot, starting under $200,000 and spanning to more than $5 million.
Master Builder Certification
Gus Rubio is a Master Builder. The South Carolina Master Builder program is a professional designation program created by the Home Builders Association of SC to help homeowners to identify exemplary builders who have a proven track record of stability, integrity and service to their buyers. It is designed to improve the professionalism, business management practices, product quality and record of customer service among builders.To obtain Master Builder certification, Gus was nominated by his peers and satisfied stringent review criteria in areas such as job and financial stability, consumer satisfaction, adherence to accepted building technology standards, customer service and governmental compliance.
Green Building Certification
Gus Rubio also completed the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Building for Building Professionals course.
