I am writing this letter on behalf of Gus and Belinda Rubio and Gabriel
Builders. We are recent customers of Gabriel Builders, and I believe
that anyone interested in evaluating their qualifications should hear
about our experience with them. We have built 4 custom homes thus
far in our lives, and as such understand the process very well. I
think it is fair to say that we have developed an extremely high level
of expectation with regard to quality. I am pleased to share with
you the fact that Gus and his team not only met, but exceeded our
expectations in all regards.
The house that Gus built for us was a relatively complex floor plan on a lake lot. Since we were not present every day, or even every week for that matter, we were a bit nervous going into the project knowing how difficult it can be even when you are around all the time to interact with the builder. When the inevitable ambiquities showed up in the architect's plan, Gus was quick to notify us of the issues and provided valuable insights that actually ended up improving on the architect's original design. Gus proactively drove his contractors to a level of quality beyond that for which we probably would have settled. When it came to managing the budget on the project, Gus and Belinda spent our money like it was their own and actually came in slightly under their original budget. We ended up with a better house that we had dreamed of at a lower price!
In summary, I cannot imagine a better building experience. We feel blessed to have met a builder with the combination of skill and moral fiber that we found in the Rubios and their team of contractors. We would happily take personal reference calls on their behalf, and hope that you give them every consideration when you look for the builder of your next home. You will not be sorry that you did.

Pat & I want to express our sincere thanks for building the finest
home that we have ever owned. This is our eleventh and our last. We
have never seen another home in the Valley or the Mountain that is
of the quality of this one.
Both of you are the nicest people and we appreciate all that you have done in bringing the joy of this home to us. It is amazing that as complex as building a home is and trying to satisfy the owner; we never had any conflicts. In fact you always went out of your way to accommodate any questions or request that we had.
We feel that we have made new friends and we hope that this relationship will last many, many years.

Dear Gus,
The Cliffs is really excited about our new Welcome Center at the entrance
to the Cliffs at Glassy. We are also pleased that your company is doing
the construction because of your excellent reputation and commitment
to quality. The exposure the Welcome Center will get will be tremendous.
Every visitor that comes to the Cliffs will come through the Welcome
Center and that equates to approximately 5,000 to 6,000 people per year.
New custom building starts are estimated to be around 100 for 1998 and are growing every year.
