We can assist you in either customizing a pre-selected plan or in recommending an architect who can complete drawings and specifications based upon your unique needs and preferences. Excitement Is Building.
Each custom home from Gabriel Builders is unique. Though schedules can vary, home construction generally takes 12 to 14 months on average.
Construction begins with a thorough review of fully detailed and specified plans. From these plans, we provide a detailed estimate and proposed construction timeline in book form.
The first items on the schedule are typically surveying and staking the house, obtaining permits and obtaining any necessary approval.
Foundation work and framing are next, followed by electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Then insulation, drywall, trim, cabinets, paint, finish work and floor coverings.
Communication is one of the keys to a successful relationship with our clients, so we’ll send weekly emails updating you on progress, plans for the coming week and consult with you regarding any decisions that need to be made. We will also provide digital photos of the progress.

Special care is taken to ensure your experience building a home is a pleasant one. For your convenience, additional services include lighting design consultation, media room design consultation, custom furniture design and interior design.
