Residential Project Manager
Gabriel Builders is looking for a Project Manager to join our family. We are a luxury, high-end custom home builder located in Travelers Rest, SC. We are centrally located to serve the Greenville, Lake Keowee and Asheville areas as well as all seven Cliffs Communities. Our dynamic workplace ensures that no day is the same. Our company is team-oriented, fun, and most importantly, dog-friendly.
Our multi-million dollar homes are award-winning both on state and national levels. We were named National Custom Home Builder of the Year and have numerous Pinnacle award-winning homes. Detail, craftsmanship, and care can be found in each one of our handcrafted homes. We are privileged to work with the top 1% of people in our country and create designs and homes that are unique to them.
We are looking for someone who is positive with a “can do” attitude and at least 5+ years of experience managing high-end custom homes. You will be the on-site “face” of Gabriel Builders for the home owner and trade contractors. Having a “military mindset” for being on time, detailed and thorough is a bonus. You will be interpreting plans and specifications, creating schedules, and executing the delivery of the home. As the project manager, you must be able to effectively manage subcontractors and trade partners, always keeping an organized and clean job site. The responsibilities also include daily project operations such as keeping costs within budget, assisting with bid packages and estimating, and foreseeing long-lead items. Gabriel’s PM’s only manage 2 homes at a time.
A vehicle and gas card are provided for travel from our office to job sites. We also offer 401K, paid holidays, sick leave and vacation. We look forward to meeting you as we work to grow our family!
