Our Aqua Vista at Keowee Falls handcrafted home was recently featured in the Spring/Summer 2020 issue of the Cliffs Living Magazine and we couldn’t be more thrilled! The Youngs purchased their Lake Keowee property in 2016. Fast forward a few years later and they’re living the dream in their beautiful lake home.
Green Living
Since Doug is an executive for Lennox, creating residence that incorporated green features was of importance to the couple. Our team worked with them to put some of these characteristics into place including a Lennox HVAC system that has MERV 16 filtration for clean indoor air and dehumidification. The flooring used in the home is also made to withstand the lake weather and LED lighting is used in the home as well .

Last year, Aqua Vista took home two Pinnacle Awards which are the most prestigious awards given by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. The first award was for Best New Home Construction in the $3,000,000 to $3,499,999 range and the second was for Best Achievement in Green Building. In addition, the home also won 5 Bridge Awards: Best Exterior, Best Bath, 3 Specialty Features (for Outdoor Living Area, Bunk Room, and Pizza Oven).
