Residential Designer & Drafter
Beginning in his teenage years, Matt has always had a love for design. He landed a construction materials testing job when he was in high school which gave him a solid foundation and continued to peak his interest in the construction industry. As he got older, architecture was the form of design that drew his interest the most. He received an AAS (Architectural Engineering Technology) from Greenville Tech and has been in the construction industry for 8 years with 4 of those being in residential design. Matt has been married for 5 years and has a 3-year-old daughter.
“I enjoy what I do, and that gives me a strong passion for my work. I care deeply that our designs make sense, are well thought out, and most of all, meet the needs and interests of our amazing clients. This is something that I find common throughout Gabriel Builders – a real sense of dedication and connection to the homes we product. My family and career have been blessings from God. I am so very fortunate to have a loving wife, a sweet little daughter and a job that fits me perfectly. I get up every morning excited to glorify His many blessings and His name.”
Matt’s parents have the world record for the largest telephone collection in the Guinness Book of Records.
