Mike Pudlik

Senior Project Manager

Mike’s interest in design and construction started at the early age of sixteen when he first built a room addition with his father. This project initiated his discovery of the residential construction industry.

After years of working in the trades and building projects in the Chicago suburbs, he became a general contractor of his own residential construction company for twenty years. He served as President of the National Association Remodeling Industry (NARI) – Chicago Chapter.

With over 30 years of experience, Mike brings his strong organizational skills and construction knowledge to the leadership role of Project Manager. He describes the passionate pursuit of his work as, “An overwhelming gratification to complete a project from beginning to end and share the accomplishment with others.”

During his free time, Mike enjoys time with his wife, Cindy, and their family. He enjoys being active outside and relaxing in the sights and sounds of nature while biking or running.

“I would landscape. Working outside with my hands in nature is relaxing and learning the different species of plants is fascinating. It’s a great combination of science and art.”
