Regina has worked in accounting and bookkeeping for 33 years. She graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College with a degree in Business Education. She has been married to her husband, Joe, for almost 30 years and they share two children, Phillip and Amanda. Both of their kids joined the military after high school with Phillip going to the Marines and Amanda to the Army. They are both currently enrolled in college to continue their education. Regina and her husband also have three grandchildren and a dog named Panda.
“I didn’t graduate from college with a plan to enter the accounting world but realized that I enjoyed working with numbers. Accounting is black and white and that fits with my belief that there is right and wrong. I don’t see things as gray. I like the problem-solving aspect of accounting and getting the job done.”
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
Regina loves to read, crochet, and listen to 70s and 80s music.
If you weren’t in accounting, what would you love to do with your life?
I would love to be a chef. I enjoy trying new dishes, experimenting with flavors and sharing with family and friends.
