Emily Koenig

Emily has over 15+ years of experience in various team support and project management roles in the marketing/advertising, real estate and construction industries. Prior to joining the Gabriel Builders team, Emily was a Development Coordinator for a luxury spec home builder. She also enjoyed 5+ years running a boutique-style, vacation rental property management business on the island of Maui, Hawaii that she helped to build from the ground up. Emily brings broad organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to her team and client support role at Gabriel Builders.

Emily and her husband are new to the Greenville area, and to the South. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Emily spent more than a decade enjoying island life on Maui, Hawaii, prior to making South Carolina home.  Emily has a degree in International Development and Gender Studies, and a post- graduate certificate in Corporate Communications and PR. Emily is also a licensed (inactive) Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii.

Emily loves meeting new and wonderful people each day and working with a highly talented, intelligent and creative team of genuinely interested, and interesting, people.

When she isn’t at work, you might find Emily out and about at the wonderful restaurants, breweries, boutiques, thrift/antique stores that Greenville has to offer, or at home cooking or cuddling with her two kitties and binge watching various British mystery TV shows on BBC and PBS.
