Project Manager


Jim is a Chicago native who has spent the last 4 decades focused on luxury home construction. Starting his journey as a truck driver for a well respected floor covering contractor, Jim quickly moved up the ranks earning his title of project manager at an early age, there he oversaw the daily operations of subcontracting at Chicago’s North Shore, Gold Coast and many other distinguished communities.

Jim’s building projects have been recognized by the NAHB and have received multiple awards of excellence, including highest scored home and the platinum award for design and detail. Jim has been featured as the cover story of Midwest Builder magazine and has had his projects showcased in Chicago and real estate publications.

Jim’s mechanical abilities were recognized at a young age as he often worked with his father repairing vintage juke boxes, and he quickly developed a love for anything with a motor. This mechanical aptitude along with master carpentry skills translates well into building homes. Jim has the ability of envisioning many components fitting together as a cohesive unit.

Jim is a family man. He and his wife Rita have been married for 38 years and are more in love now than in their dating years as teenagers. They have 2 beautiful daughters, and treasure spending time with family.

Jim’s hobbies include restoration projects like vintage juke boxes, motorcycles, Corvettes and muscle cars. He also enjoys playing the drums and hiking on the weekends.

Fun Fact: Jim is a licensed skydiver with over 500 skydives.
