Prior to joining our team as the office manager, Julia graduated from North Greenville University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice & Legal Studies. She and her husband, Ben, live in Greer, along with their dog, Ellie.
What is a fun fact about you?
My fun fact is that I had a work-study job at the Library of Congress Copyright Office for almost two years in Washington D.C. at 16 years old, quite possibly making me the youngest government employee at the time (or ever!). I rode the metro to work and could walk less than 5 minutes away from my office and be at the Capitol Building.
What do you value about your role?
I love helping people. It’s why I studied criminal justice in the first place, knowing that at a Christian university like NGU, I would be getting the worldview needed to appropriately help a fallen world in the justice system capacity. That has not quite happened yet, but in the meantime, being an office manager has given me the same pride knowing that I was able to help someone and make either their day or experience better/easier. In the end, I know who I work for ultimately, and my goal is to glorify God in everything I do or say.

If you weren’t an office manager, what would you love to do in life?
I would love to be a K9 officer!
