Human Resources Manager
Michelle retired from public education after having served in a variety of roles for over 29 years. She has been a Middle school teacher and an Instructional Coach, a Human Resources evaluator and recruiter, and worked for 12 years as the Instructional Technology department program facilitator. Her Elementary Education degree is from Clemson University, and she also has a Master’s degree in Gifted and Talented education from Converse College and a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from North Greenville University.
At Gabriel Builders, she uses her incredible skillset to help bring clarity and purpose to our organization and is spearheading the development of several initiatives around education and standardization. She loves the variety that every day at Gabriel Builders brings, whether it is learning from our talented team, or using her love of planning to help others succeed – her goal every day is to help make someone’s life easier or better.
When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find her spending time with family (which includes an eight year old son and their favorite doodle, Riley), baking, reading, listening to a true crime podcast, watching football, or studying to teach Sunday school. She was a foster parent for ten years and is also very involved in foster care/adoption ministry.
