Renovation Manager

Nate brings a unique blend of technical expertise and design-driven thinking to every project. Originally from Minnesota, he spent ten formative years of his life in South Africa before eventually making Greenville home, where he’s built a career centered around thoughtful, detail-rich spaces.

With professional experience spanning architectural engineering, interior architectural design, and both new construction and renovation design, Nate brings a well-rounded perspective to the renovation process. He’s especially known for his eagle-eye attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to translate design vision into clear specifications and build-ready plans. Nate holds a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design, and his skill set includes product specification, AutoCAD drafting, and acoustical engineering.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys several outdoor sports including volleyball and distance running. He also has several hobbies to satisfy his creative side including cooking, musical theater, and playing various board games.

Fun Fact:

Nate designs portraits and murals made entirely from pennies! He’s also a proud dog owner to Zuma. She is a 5-year-old, large-breed, Central Asian Shepherd (CASD) / Alabai Shepherd.
