Ryan

Ryan is passionate about design implementation and the construction process. He was woodworking and taking summer jobs with framing and trim crews as a high school student, and has been in the construction industry full-time since 2002. In 2005 he got his Florida general contractor’s license, and has worked as a project manager, estimator and operations manager in commercial and residential construction. He brings a full-spectrum of industry experience, including 7 years as a full-time estimator, making him an invaluable member of the design+build team.

Ryan’s greatest strength is his keen attention to detail and organizational skills (which borders on OCD!).  His extensive experience as a general contractor and project manager provide a technical background that is extremely useful in ensuring accurate and realistic takeoffs and cost-analysis. This background also provides him the ability to forecast issues, omissions, or complicated field conditions and then effectively communicate those issues with design and construction teams.

When Ryan isn’t working, you’ll probably find him in his woodshop, playing piano or guitar, or playing golf or tennis.
