Scott Bradford

Scott brings 20 years of experience with him as a residential construction company owner in Illinois, building new construction homes and also remodeling. He relocated to the Upstate for this role, and we are thrilled with the level of expertise he brings with him. Prior to his construction work, Scott studied advanced drafting and architectural design in high school, and then went on to Vocational school where he added CAD drafting to his skillset, giving him a full scope of the details involved in project management. Scott strives for excellence in whatever he does, and holds very high standards for craftsmanship even down to the smallest of details.

Scott and his wife have 4 children aged 16 – 7 so he doesn’t have a lot of spare time, but when he does, he enjoys fishing, “turning wrenches”, detailing cars, and spending valuable time with his family.
