Step 1

Team Assembly

Architect, Builder, Interiors, and Landscape: These are the key players that can make or break the experience. Over the past 40 years, we have worked with top architects and designers throughout the southeast, and we are happy to continue doing so. Looking for a turn-key approach? Our full-service team houses our “award-winning” residential designers and interiors firm, Lauren Heather Design Studio. Our clients enjoy the seamless approach plus the accelerated home design and interior selections process this experience offers. All while enjoying the comforts of a custom home designed perfectly around their lifestyle.

Step 2

Design Development

We can assist you in customizing or detailing a pre-selected plan, or by preparing complete drawings and specifications based on your needs through our design + build process. Our residential design team will work with you to determine the program of your handcrafted home, while keeping your budget and schedule needs top of mind.

Step 3

Pricing

Throughout the design and pricing phases, our goal is to design your dream home within your budget. We believe in transparency throughout the organization, one way we adhere to this is by providing you a full estimate book detailed to your home. Our brand equity for building the highest quality in handcrafted homes are protected by using our preferred vendors and trade partners.

Step 4

Contract, Schedule and Communication

From subcontractors, payment structure, construction schedule, and selections process, your Project Manager will guide you through the pre-construction process.

Step 5

Celebration and Building Process

Throughout the construction phase, you will be involved with consistent communication, progress updates, and on-site milestones. Whether you live near by or several states away, you can have peace of mind during the building process with our daily/weekly reports and direct contact with your dedicated project manager. Over the years we have heard our clients tell us how much they enjoy Friday nights, they pour a glass of wine, and enjoy looking through all the pictures sent throughout the week of their home.

Quality System Implementation

Our award-winning quality program touches every single aspect of our homebuilding process and leaves nothing to chance. As a former quality control manager for a Fortune 100 company, the owner, Gus Rubio developed our quality and customer service programs. These programs have been recognized nationally, resulting in us being honored as the NAHB National Custom Home Builder of the Year. We aim to exceed the expectations of our clients at every phase of the project. In keeping with transparency, we utilize a third party to conduct the homeowner surveys mid-way thru and at completion of your home.

Warranty & Beyond

Congratulations, the keys to your new home are in your hands! At Gabriel Builders, we value lifelong relationships; it is the end result of “doing what you say you’re going to do”. Our commitment extends well beyond the build phase, and we hope to cultivate a lifelong relationship in the process. Part of that is making sure that you’re satisfied with our product long after the construction is finished.
