Residential Design Drafter
From an early age, Jaimie showed a keen interest in everything that involved craft and creativity including drawing, painting, solving puzzles, and putting almost anything together. At age 19, her immense curiosity and desire to have a brighter future brought her from Colombia, South America to the United States. At the beginning of her journey, she diligently taught herself a new language that allowed her to continue her creative path. Jaimie graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design.
While she attended design school she learned hospitality as a way to support herself and explored culinary arts as another form of artistic expression. She truly enjoyed providing solutions for clients and found it fascinating to develop all sorts of recipes; but, once she started doing internships that combined design and architectural tasks she set her heart on architecture. By the time she graduated from design school, her focus had shifted completely to architecture, and she has been working on it ever since.
“I found it fascinating being able to influence people’s lives positively by interpreting and translating their ideas into images full of color, detailed structures, and beautiful spaces.” – Jaimie
Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. – Joshua 1:9
