Nick Rubio

Construction Manager

While attending high school and college, Nick worked with the various trades during the summers and the school year. He was able to experience carpentry and stone masonry, while also shadowing project managers. He received a Construction Science and Management degree from Clemson University in 2012. As a born entrepreneur and self-starter, Nick went on to creating FatSack Outdoors, an app used by anglers to record their catch of the day and maintain gear with inventory management. Now, Nick serves a key role as one of the project managers at Gabriel Builders and is the namesake for our sister company, Nicholas James Fine Woodworking.

“My values are derived from the life and Word of my Savior Jesus Christ. Admittedly, I often fail but I strive to live a life that reflects His. Those values shape the way I view my work and the relationships that surround my job sites. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to create someone’s home so I approach each day as if I were building my own home and the workers on site are all my brothers and sisters working towards one goal.”
