Olivia Coates

Olivia graduated from Anderson University with a BFA in Interior design and was an active member of the American Society for Interior Designers throughout college. She is our AutoCad specialist with an incredible eye for detail, which, combined with her beautiful design work, makes her a crucial part of the LH Design team.

Originally from Houston, Olivia has made the Upstate her home since college. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband and their adorable baby boy. Their household includes two beloved pets: a cat named “cat” and a dog named Charlie. Olivia’s creative spirit extends to her love for cooking and baking in her free time. Her ideal day includes unwinding by reading a book or relaxing at the beach.
