Aqua Vista at Keowee Falls
Gabriel Builders, Inc. received nine Bridge Awards from the Home Builders Association of Greenville earlier this month. The night of recognition was held at the Poinsett Club in Downtown Greenville on April 4, 2019. The Bridge Awards are presented annually and recognize both excellence and craftsmanship in the home building industry within Upstate
South Carolina.
To date, Gabriel Builders has taken home 27 Bridge Awards. This year, our Aqua Vista Home at Keowee Falls won a Green Building Award for Indoor Air Quality, Best Exterior and Best Bath in the New Home 3 Million + Category and three specialty feature awards for its bunk room, pizza oven and outdoor living space. In addition, the Tranquility at Keowee Falls South home won Best Overall and Best Kitchen for New Home 2-2.9 Million along with a specialty feature award for its craft room. Gabriel Builders’ sister company, Nicholas James Fine Woodworking, also took home a specialty feature award for the custom bar they built at the Tranquility at Keowee Falls South home.
